After studying under the French Master Michel Roux, artisan Monette Bizzarri pursued her love of baking, establishing Bizzarri Dolci in 2004. In 1772, Philippe Clicquot placed an advertisement in the Gazette de France, announcing his intention to take the taste of champagne to all four corners of the kingdom. And indeed he did.
